Types of Services we can offer you:

Our TENANT FIND ONLY is where we market your property, advice on rent levels, finds a tenant, undertakes reference checks (if required) provide a tenancy agreement and moves the tenant in. After a tenant is found, the contract and further communication will be directly between you and the tenant.

Our FULL MANAGEMENT SERVICE includes all of the above plus collection of rent, accompanied viewings, property inventories, property inspections every two to three months, notifying all utility companies including council tax. As soon as we receive rent from the tenants, it will then be transferred to your preferred payment method. We also offer a no-fee call out charge for maintenance and repairs which other agents do not provide.

Our GUARANTEED RENT SCHEME is favoured by the majority of our landlords for the certainty, security and hassle-free approach it offers. We offer a minimum 12-month contract during which we manage every aspect of the tenancy. If the property is vacant or the tenant fails to pay the rent, you still get paid.

All properties that are marketed by us include an in-depth description of each of the rooms, measurements of the rooms and photos taken from a wide angle sharp lens camera – this plays an important role in advertising your property quickly and promptly.
